Job Summary
大手企業との共同研究におけるLLMプロダクト開発において、高度な機械学習技術を活用し、社会課題解決に向けたAIモジュール開発を行います。具体的には、論文サーベイによる最新技術調査、ビジネス課題に適したアルゴリズムの提案、プロンプトチューニングやファインチューニングの実施、RAGをはじめとした複数モデルの統合処理構築、データ前後処理モジュールの開発を行います。さらに、開発したAIモジュールの自社プラットフォームへの組み込み、クライアントへの分析結果レポーティング、プロジェクト管理を通じて、実用的で価値のあるAI開発に取り組みます。Company Info

プロダクト開発チーム（Product&Solution）の機械学習エンジニアとして機械学習・深層学習技術を用いた、LLMプロダクトの開発をリードしていただきます。主な業務は、PoC（設計フェーズ・開発フェーズ）での論文サーベイ、アルゴリズム提案、機械学習モジュールの設計、プロンプトチューニング、ファインチューニング、RAGモデル構築、データ処理、レポーティング、AIモジュールの組み込みなどです。
