IVRyのサービスレベルを高めるために、インフラの設計、開発、運用を包括的に行います。具体的には、Terraform、AWS、GCP、Azure等を活用し、アプリケーションのパフォーマンス評価、メトリクスの設定とモニタリング、障害対応や予防のための仕組みづくりを行います。1週間スプリントでのアジャイル開発を通じて、バックエンド・フロントエンドエンジニア、プロダクトマネージャーと協業し、DeveloperExperienceの向上とオペレーション自動化のためのツール開発も担当します。各プロダクトの特性に合わせた最適な技術選定とアーキテクチャ設計を行い、サービスの信頼性と拡張性を継続的に改善していくことが主な役割となります。Company Info
