インサイドセールスとして、マーケティング部門が獲得したリードを基に、顧客の課題をヒアリングし、最適な改善提案を行います。主な業務は、新規顧客対応、顧客開拓戦略の推進、失注商談顧客の掘り起こし、見込み顧客の育成、そして商談機会の創出です。電話、メール、ITツールを活用し、顧客とのコミュニケーションを図りながら、マーケティング部門と連携して施策の立案や実行を行います。具体的には、ウェビナーの企画、展示会の選定、既存顧客開拓戦略の立案などに取り組み、受注に近い案件を創出し、マーケティングの成果を最大化することを目指します。将来的にはマネジメント業務にも携わり、組織の成長に貢献することが期待されています。Company Info
