電話全自動応答SaaSを提供する企業において、ミッドマーケット〜エンタープライズ規模のお客様に対するカスタマーサクセス業務を遂行します。具体的には、新規顧客の導入支援プロジェクトのリード、業務フローの整理と課題解決のためのコンサルティング、オンボーディング後の顧客の業務改善とプロダクト活用促進を行います。定例ミーティングを通じたアカウントプランの設計と実行、オプション機能の提案、セールスと連携したアップセル・クロスセル活動も重要な役割となります。顧客の要望を開発チームに的確に伝達し、サービスの継続的な改善に貢献する業務を担当します。Login to see all information about offers.
