    Duties

    大型リチウムイオン電池の開発に携わり、電極材料の開発から製造工程の検討まで幅広い業務を担当します。具体的には、サプライヤと連携しながら電極材料の開発を推進し、電池への適用可能性を検証します。電極材料の混錬、電極への塗工などの製造技術を検討し、電池性能に対する製造条件の影響を評価・改善します。実験を中心としたラボワークでは、個人のアイデアを尊重し、カーボンニュートラル実現に向けた大型リチウムイオン電池の研究開発に取り組みます。材料開発、電池開発、メカニズム解析など広範囲な領域で専門性を高め、基礎研究から製品開発までの多様なキャリアパスを描くことができます。
