    Job Summary

    車載用リチウムイオン電池の構造設計と開発業務を担当します。新規リチウムイオン電池の基本設計から量産ラインでの製品生産立ち上げまで、一貫したプロセスに携わります。角形リチウムイオンセルの構造設計、バッテリーパックの筐体設計、信頼性検証など、多岐にわたる技術的な業務を遂行します。

    Duties

    車載用リチウムイオン電池の設計開発業務に従事し、新開発リチウムイオン電池の基本設計段階から量産ラインでの製品生産立ち上げまでを一貫して担当します。具体的には、角形リチウムイオンセルの構造設計、信頼性検証、バッテリーパックの筐体・構造設計、構造部材のはんだ・レーザー溶接部の信頼性検証を行います。セル電極材料、性能設計、電子制御設計、量産技術開発グループと連携し、リチウムイオン電池の総合的な開発プロセスに参画します。設計開発において、CADツールを活用し、技術的課題の論理的分析、FMEA/DRBFM/FTA手法を用いた品質・信頼性向上に取り組みます。
