    Job Summary

    車載用リチウムイオン電池の開発・構造設計を担当し、3D CADを用いたモデリングと、強度・振動・衝撃・冷却などの詳細なシミュレーション解析を行います。ハイブリッド自動車向けバッテリーの設計を通じて、地球環境への貢献と技術革新に挑戦する重要な役割を担います。

    Duties

    ハイブリッド電気自動車（HEV）用リチウムイオン電池の開発および構造設計を担当します。3D CADを用いたモデリングを行い、電池の強度、振動、衝撃、冷却特性を有限要素法（FEM）や数値流体力学（CFD）などのシミュレーション技術で詳細に解析します。プレスや射出成型などの量産部品設計に関わり、故障木解析（FTA）、故障モード影響解析（FMEA）などの品質管理手法を活用して、高性能で信頼性の高い車載用リチウムイオン電池の設計開発に従事します。製品開発を通じて、ハイブリッド自動車のCO2削減に貢献し、地球環境保全に寄与する重要な役割を担います。
