    産業用装置や電気設計における幅広い業務を担当し、お客様との仕様調整から構想設計、本設計、現地立ち上げまでを一貫して行います。AI・ロボット技術を活用した自動化・省人化システムの開発に携わり、機械設計、電気設計、ソフトウェア開発など多岐にわたる業務を実施します。

    ASTINA provides a labor-saving robot system that supplies molten material, and develops DX promotion/IoT development business and AI/ROBOTICS development business, and provides IoT data production support and AI external inspection, molten material work, and development of keel work system.

    Duties

    装置設計において、顧客との仕様調整から構想設計、本設計、現地立ち上げまでの全工程を担当します。電気回路設計、制御盤の板金設計、PLCラダープログラミングを行い、装置の動作構築を行います。新規開発要素が多い案件では、チームでのアイデア出し、3Dプリンターを活用した簡易検証を実施し、設計に反映させます。自動化・省人化システムの開発に携わり、省人化装置、AI外観検査装置、新規装置開発プロジェクトなどに従事します。各プロジェクトでは、企画、原理試作、ブラッシュアップ、装置商品化、販売活動、設計、組立て、立ち上げまでの一貫したプロセスを経験できます。
