    Duties

    Craifの技術を用いて、miRNAなどの生体分子データを高度に解析し、疾患の判別やバイオマーカーの選定を行う研究開発業務を遂行します。ラボの研究員や臨床開発チームと密接に連携し、医療応用に向けた解析作業を実施します。具体的には、遺伝子情報の解析、機械学習やディープラーニング技術を活用したデータ解析、研究成果の論文化や学会発表、国内外の研究機関との共同研究の企画・実行などを行います。また、プログラミング言語を用いたデータ解析パイプラインの構築、情報セキュリティシステムの整備、研究成果の事業化に向けた技術的アプローチも求められます。
