    この募集ポジションでは、尿検体からのエクソソーム・miRNAの抽出と精製、次世代シーケンサーを用いたmiRNA解析、miRNAおよびタンパク質の定量分析を行います。分子生物学的な実験プロセスにおいて、高い精度と注意深さが求められる専門的な実験補助業務を担当します。

    Duties

    尿検体を用いたエクソソーム・miRNAの抽出および精製作業を行います。次世代シーケンサー（NGS）を活用し、miRNAの詳細な解析を実施します。また、miRNAおよびタンパク質の定量分析を行い、分子生物学的な研究プロセスをサポートします。具体的には、PCR、リアルタイムPCR解析、DNA精製、RNA精製、遺伝子導入、プラスミド取扱いなどの実験操作を行います。実験データの整理や濃度計算、エクセルやパワーポイントを用いた実験結果のとりまとめも重要な業務となります。正確性と細心の注意を要する分子生物学的実験において、研究チームの重要な一員として貢献することが期待されています。
