    Cogent Labsにおいて、機械学習エンジニアとリサーチチームをリードし、製品ロードマップに沿って野心的な目標を設定し、チームの成功を管理します。具体的には、データ収集、ラベリング、モデル開発、実験、トレーニング、テスト、本番環境への展開など、フルモデル開発サイクルの設計と実装に貢献します。PyTorch、Docker、Knative、Kafka、Kubernetes、Nvidia Tritonなどの最新技術を活用し、Google Cloud PlatformやAmazon Web Servicesのクラウドプラットフォームを使用してMLソリューションを開発します。クロスファンクショナルチームと協力し、ドキュメント処理やワークフロー自動化ツールなどの革新的なAIソリューションを創出する役割を担います。
