    Duties

    高知県の水耕栽培施設において、最先端のIoT技術を活用したプラント型農業の事業推進を担当します。具体的には、葉物野菜の種まきから収穫までの全工程管理、水耕栽培装置の運転管理と養液管理、ビニールハウスの温度管理を行います。また、新しい水耕栽培装置の検討や事業計画の策定、収益化および販売方法の企画立案も重要な業務となります。将来的にはメロンやイチゴの栽培も視野に入れており、AI技術と農業を融合させた持続可能な農業モデルの構築を目指します。データベース化による高品質な農作物育成方法の確立と、地域活性化にも貢献する役割が期待されています。
