シニアプロダクトマネージャー（AIエージェント）

マルチエージェントAIプラットフォームの開発と拡張を主導し、エンジニアリング、プロダクト、およびビジネスチームと密接に協力して機能の優先順位付け、技術的課題の解決、ビジネス目標の達成を行います。APIの要件を定義し、他のプロダクトおよびエンジニアリングチームとの依存関係を管理します。データエンジニアリングチームと協力し、AIインジェストのためのデータパイプラインを設計および最適化し、AIを活用した洞察を開発します。AIの民主化、利用の加速、AIアプリケーション、AIオーケストレーションロジックに関する明確な技術ビジョンを確立し、クロスファンクショナルな会議を主導してプロダクトとビジネスの目標に開発イニシアチブを整合させます。

・Native or business proficiency in English ・4-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with some experience with AI ・Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, from ideation to launch ・Strong understanding of AI and software development ・Familiarity with data engineering ・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

・Business proficiency in Japanese language ・Hands-on experience with AI, backend technologies, and APIs ・Prior experience in product management in Japan ・Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and distributed systems ・Experience working in a startup environment, driving technical innovation and growth ・Familiarity with Japanese business culture and ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders
