    Duties

    クラウドセキュリティサービス『CloudFastener』における顧客支援を中心に、セキュリティコンサルティング業務を遂行します。主な業務は、顧客のクラウド環境におけるセキュリティ課題の特定と解決、セキュリティ運用体制の構築支援、セキュリティアーキテクチャの策定支援、潜在的なリスクの洗い出しと対策提案を行います。具体的には、AWS、Google Cloud、Azure環境でのセキュリティ設定の最適化、運用ガイドラインの策定、アラート管理、技術的問い合わせ対応、課題解決のためのコンサルテーションを実施します。また、顧客ニーズを社内にフィードバックし、サービス改善にも貢献する役割を担います。
