    LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.

    Duties

    LayerXのバクラク事業における重要な役割として、開発プロダクトの品質保証業務を遂行します。主な業務は、新機能に対する包括的なテストの計画、設計、実施であり、リリースサイクルに合わせた自動E2Eテストの運用も含まれます。開発チームのメンバーとして、PdM、エンジニア、デザイナーと密接に連携し、プロダクトの品質向上に貢献します。また、カスタマーサクセスや営業チームと協力し、迅速で顧客志向のサポートを提供します。WebアプリケーションやSaaSプロダクトのQA業務経験を活かし、テストプロセスの継続的な改善、潜在的なバグの早期発見、非機能品質の担保など、総合的な品質管理業務を遂行します。
