    生成AIプラットフォーム「Ai Workforce」の導入を推進するシニアプロジェクトマネージャーを募集。顧客の業務に合わせたLLMのチューニング、業務プロセス設計、カスタマーサクセスの実現、プロダクトマネジメントへの貢献など、AIを活用した企業の生産性向上に取り組む重要な役割を担います。

    LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.

    Duties

    Ai Workforceの導入プロジェクトにおいて、顧客の業務を深く理解し、最適なAIユースケースを提案し、導入までを一貫してリードします。LLMエンジニアと協働し、顧客の業務プロセスに合わせたLLMのチューニングや導入後のプロセス設計を行います。また、既存顧客の他部門やグループ企業への展開に向けたアカウントプランニングやセールス活動も担当します。プロジェクトを通じて得られる顧客の声を収集し、プロダクトの機能改善や事業成長に必要な提案を行い、製品ロードマップの策定に貢献します。エンタープライズ企業におけるAI活用の最新事例を自ら創出し、様々なユースケース構築を通じて、AIプロフェッショナルとしての知見と経験を蓄積していきます。
