    LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.

    Duties

    Ai Workforceの契約者からのお問い合わせに対応し、必要な調査、情報収集、ドキュメントやデータの整理、作成を行います。お客さまの商談に同席し、営業、プロジェクトマネージャー、コンサル担当と連携します。問い合わせやご利用状況から発生する要望や改善点を見極め、プロダクトマネージャーやエンジニアへエスカレーションし、プロダクト改善に貢献します。主にメール、チャット、Web会議を通じて顧客対応を行い、インシデント発生時には広報対応も実施します。技術的な知識を活かし、お客さまのニーズを的確に把握し、迅速かつ丁寧な対応を心がけます。
