    AIプラットフォームの導入コンサルタントとして、顧客の業務に最適なLLMのチューニングやプロセス設計を行います。プロジェクトマネジメント、カスタマーセールス、プロダクト改善への貢献など、生成AIを活用した企業改革を推進する幅広い役割があります。

    LayerX is a business that applies AI and LLM related technology to the utilization of knowledge and activity optimization within the organization. We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.

    Duties

    大手企業に対して生成AIプラットフォーム「Ai Workforce」の導入を推進し、企業の生産性向上に貢献します。プロジェクトマネジメントでは、LLMエンジニアと協働し、顧客の業務に合わせたLLMのチューニングや導入後の業務プロセス設計を行います。また、サクセスを実現した顧客の他部門やグループ企業への利用拡大に向けたアカウントプランニングやセールス活動を展開します。さらに、プロジェクトを通じて顧客の声を収集し、顧客サクセスと事業成長に必要な機能を検討・提案し、製品ロードマップの策定に貢献します。
