We aim to automate the creation of large-scale documents using AI and LLM technology and to change the way people work. We are also looking for intermediaries to walk from the improvement of LLM technology to the introduction of product development.

    Duties

    LayerXの事業部またはコーポレート本部において、中途採用とHRBP業務を担当します。具体的には、役員や事業責任者と連携し、採用計画の立案、要件定義、求人作成、適切な募集チャネルの選定と運用を行います。カジュアル面談から選考過程、クロージングまで候補者をフォローし、採用イベントの運営もサポートします。さらに、担当部署の人員計画管理、組織/人員コンディション管理、新規入社者のオンボーディング支援、評価制度の運用整備、組織課題の発見と解決に取り組みます。変化の激しい成長企業において、柔軟かつ戦略的なHR業務を遂行し、組織の持続的な発展に貢献します。
