    Duties

    製薬企業や研究機関向けのデータエンジニアとして、研究支援ウェブアプリケーションの開発と保守に従事します。主な業務は、化学・生物分野における画像解析や機械学習システムの構築、AWSを活用した大規模データ解析プロジェクトの推進です。Python、JavaScript、R言語を用いて、Vue.jsやDjangoなどのウェブフレームワークを利用したアプリケーション開発を行います。また、Scikit-learn、PyTorch、TensorFlowなどの機械学習フレームワークを活用し、最先端の機械学習モデルの研究開発に取り組みます。Docker、Apptainerを使用したコンテナ環境構築、AWS上でのクラウドインフラ運用も重要な業務となります。チームメンバーと協力しながら、プロジェクトの技術的課題解決や業務効率化に積極的に貢献していきます。
