    Cloud service provider as a partner to the AWS Premier Consulting Partner, specializing in AWS infrastructure expansion and business utilization, and providing a solid foundation for business data utilization and promoting the growth of cloud infrastructure. We will contribute to the success and growth of our customers by providing a large number of cases where the compatibility of cloud and the promotion of business utilization of data in the business company are extremely good.

    Duties

    クラスメソッドが提供するAWS総合支援サービスにおいて、データベース関連製品を中心としたテクニカルサポート業務を担当します。主な業務は、RDS、DMS、Opensearch、Glueなどのデータベース・分析関連製品に関する問い合わせ対応、顧客環境の確認・調査・検証、障害対応、およびオペレーション代行です。具体的には、クラウド環境における技術的な問題解決、サービスの仕様確認、トラブルシューティング、お客様の運用サポートを行います。最新のクラウド技術を学びながら、専門家チームと協力して高度な技術的課題に取り組み、顧客のクラウドインフラストラクチャの効率的な運用をサポートします。
