    Duties

    GMOあおぞらネット銀行のビジネスディベロップメント部門において、法人顧客を中心としたデータ分析業務を行います。主な業務は、顧客データの詳細な分析と集計、マーケティングチームへのデータモデル実装とメンテナンス、および分析業務の自動化と効率改善です。SQLやAccessなどのデータベースツールを活用し、Looker StudioやTableauなどのBIツールを使用してデータを可視化し、ビジネスインサイトを導き出します。また、顧客データやマーケティングデータを分析し、銀行サービスの改善や新たな戦略立案に貢献します。データ分析を通じて、金融サービスの革新と顧客満足度向上に取り組む重要な役割を担います。
