hacomonoのBizOps本部において、ビジネス部門を横断するプロジェクト企画・推進業務を担当します。主な業務は、製品の市場戦略設計とマーケット展開の推進です。ウェルネス産業の各セグメントに対して、詳細な定量・定性リサーチを実施し、顧客課題と製品のフィット分析を行います。開発、営業、カスタマーサポート、経営陣と密接に連携し、製品のカスタマープロブレムフィットからプロダクトマーケットフィットまでのステップを設計・推進します。また、営業資料の作成、導入後の製品改善フィードバック、事業計画の立案、市場調査、ユーザーインタビュー、販売計画の策定なども含まれます。
