    Duties

    「Yappli」を導入している企業のデータ連携システムの運用サポート業務を担当します。各企業の異なるシステム連携仕様を詳細に把握し、社内の通信ログや内部データベースを参照しながら、顧客からの技術的問い合わせに対して調査・回答を行います。具体的には、システム連携機能の問い合わせ対応、動作検証、障害調査、社内外のエンジニアとの技術調整、および関連する社内ドキュメントの作成と整備を行います。また、顧客と社内の他部署間のコミュニケーションを円滑に進め、自社サービスの成長に貢献する役割を担います。
