大手総合商社向けの社内インフラの保守・運用業務を担当します。ITサービスマネジメントのベストプラクティスを活用し、変更管理、インシデント管理、構成管理を設計・実施します。運用の自動化、ナレッジベース構築、データ分析による改善提案など、システムの品質向上と効率化を推進する役割があります。Duties
大手総合商社向けの社内インフラ保守・運用業務を担当します。具体的には、ITサービスマネジメントのベストプラクティスを活用した運用設計とプロセス最適化を行います。変更管理、インシデント・問題管理、構成管理の設計と実施、業務改善のための自動化やナレッジベース構築、マニュアル作成を行います。また、運用状況の可視化とデータ分析による改善提案、運用ポータルの管理、新ツールの導入と運用も重要な業務となります。ネットワーク、クラウド、認証システムの安定稼働と運用効率化を目指し、最新技術を活用してインフラ強化に取り組みます。
Requirements
・システム運用業務経験：3年以上
・ITILなどITサービスマネジメントに関する知識と実務経験
Welcomed Skills
・ITILなどITサービスマネジメントの認証資格
・ITサービスマネジメントに基づく運用設計やプロセス最適化の実務経験
・ネットワーク、クラウド、認証（AD/EntraID）技術に関する知識と実務経験
