In addition, we are also involved in the design of upstream engineering in the field of general use of Microsoft products, operation of Linux servers, operation of network products, adjustment of communication equipment/interfaces, work dependent on business, system operation design, operation control, and initial response/support for BCP plans. 大手総合商社の基幹システムにおける運用設計、SAP等の開発・運用保守、アプリケーション保守業務を担当します。顧客のITインフラを支える重要な役割として、システムの安定運用と継続的な改善に貢献し、将来的にはより広範囲な業務にも対応することが期待されています。Duties
大手総合商社における基幹システムの運用保守業務を担当し、エンタープライズ系システムの安定稼働と最適化を目指します。具体的には、SAP等の基幹システムの開発、運用設計、保守業務を中心に、アプリケーション保守全般を遂行します。システムの稼働状況の監視、障害対応、パフォーマンス改善、セキュリティ対策などを行い、企業のビジネスを支えるITインフラの品質向上に貢献します。将来的には、チームのリーダーとして、運用プロセスの改善、若手エンジニアの育成、技術的な課題解決などの役割も期待されています。
Requirements
・運用設計もしくは保守運用の業務経験5年以上
・SAP等の開発・保守運用経験4年以上
・アプリケーション保守運用業務
・アプリケーション保守運用業務：経験10年以上および、リーダー経験
Welcomed Skills
・アプリケーション保守運用業務：リーダー経験
・ITILスキル：ITIL資格、またはITILに準じた業務経験
・会計スキル：企業会計、経理に関する業務知見、簿記資格など
・SAPスキル：SAP FI WDA、ABAP、WF、Fiori等
・IT高度スキル：各種IPA高度資格など
・Microsoft365アプリケーション知見、RPA知見
・英語スキル：中級（日常会話や英文メールでやり取りできるレベル）以上
