データサービス部門において、8名以上のソフトウェア開発者から成るデータツーリングチームを率いる責任があります。主な業務は、データ補強と修正パイプラインを加速させるツールの開発、Mapboxサービス開発チームに有用なソリューションの提供です。チームのミッションと目標の設定、内部および外部のステークホルダーとの強力な関係構築、自動化による効率と品質の改善、継続的な改善イニシアチブの推進が求められます。具体的には、スケーラブルで高性能なアプリケーションの設計・開発、クラウド技術を活用したツール開発、チームの成長と運営管理、データ駆動型の意思決定と戦略立案が含まれます。

・3+ years of leadership: you have managed and grown diverse engineering teams ・Over 5 years of experience in software development, specializing in architecting, designing, developing, maintaining, and operating scalable, high-performance and highly transactional applications ・Experience building both automation and tooling solutions ・Application development using cloud technologies
