リードQAエンジニア

地理空間データ処理チームにおけるQAプロセスの主導と品質管理を担当します。大規模な地理空間データセットの検証、テスト戦略の設計と実装、データパイプラインの品質向上に取り組みます。具体的には、データの正確性と一貫性を確保するため、テスト自動化の推進、リリース基準の確立、データ処理パイプラインの欠陥識別を行います。SQLを用いたデータ分析、Pythonスクリプトによるテスト自動化、クラウドインフラストラクチャ（AWS）を活用したデータ品質モニタリングなど、高度な技術的スキルを駆使してチームの品質文化を強化します。

・5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, ideally within large-scale data processing or geospatial fields ・Ability to design and implement effective and robust test strategies in alignment with industry best practices ・Knowledge of modern testing methodologies, tools and approaches ・Strong analytical skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines ・Ability to plan and perform release testing to ensure software quality and stability before deployment ・Good knowledge of SQL for analyzing and validating data outputs ・Basic ability to write scripts for test automation and data validation, with experience in Python (or another scripting language) ・Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) for testing and monitoring data pipelines ・Excellent communication skills in English
