ネットワークエンジニア

グローバルなコンテンツデリバリーネットワークにおいて、POPネットワークとISPの管理および支援を行います。BGPとIGPネットワーク運用のサポート、トラブルシューティング、デバイスおよびネットワーク管理を担当します。EMEAリージョンでのサービス運営管理、中国や韓国などの他地域のネットワークチームとの連携、ISPおよびデータセンターとの協働によるネットワークの構築・最適化を実施します。主要なネットワーク改善プロジェクトの計画と主導、新製品launches支援、グローバル標準・ポリシー・手順の開発と強化を行い、24時間365日の安定したネットワーク運用を実現します。

・Malaysian only ・Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical discipline ・Approximately 3 years of experience managing a large-scale, highly-distributed service network for 24x7 production ・Over 3 years of hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting BGP networks with more than five (5) POPs/locations ・Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, etc.) and Ethernet troubleshooting tools and methods ・Extensive experience with layer 3 routing (e.g., OSPF) and layer 2 switching (e.g., VLAN, spanning tree) ・Detail-oriented, process-focused, and inquisitive with a high degree of self-motivation ・Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong teamwork abilities

・Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE will be added advantage ・Familiarity with enterprise networking tools (e.g., Splunk) and processes (e.g., change management, incident management) in a cloud services environment
