    Job Summary

    ゲーム開発における既存および新規コンテンツの企画業務を担当します。具体的には、クエスト設計、イベント企画、アイテム実装、ゲームシステムの立案などを行い、MMORPGの制作に携わります。プロデューサーからプログラマーまで、20〜60名体制でのチーム開発を通じて、ゲームの魅力を追求します。

    Duties

    MMORPGを中心としたスマートフォンアプリケーションのコンテンツ企画を担当し、既存タイトルの管理と新規コンテンツの開発に従事します。主な業務には、ゲーム内のクエスト設計、イベント企画、アイテムの設計と実装が含まれます。具体的には、『アヴァベルオンライン』『トーラムオンライン』『アルケミアストーリー』などの既存タイトルの運営管理や、新規タイトルの企画立案を行います。プロデューサー、ディレクター、デザイナー、プログラマーなどと密接に連携し、ユーザー視点に立ったゲーム開発を実践します。自社開発の特性を活かし、独自の創造的なアイデアを具現化し、ゲームの魅力を高める役割を担います。
