    Job Summary

    生物由来の多変量データを対象に、統計学や機械学習（深層学習・強化学習）を活用した高度な情報解析を行います。センサーデータの解析、マイクロバイオータ研究、オミックス解析などのプロジェクトに従事し、生命科学における複雑なデータから新たな知見を引き出す研究に挑戦します。

    Duties

    ちとせグループにおいて、生物由来の多変量データを対象とした高度な解析業務に従事します。具体的には、複数のセンサーから連続的に出力される培養データの統計モデリングや、メタゲノム・メタボロームなどの統合オミックス解析を行います。機械学習技術（深層学習、強化学習等）を活用し、生物データから新たな知見を引き出すプロジェクトに取り組みます。単なるデータ解析にとどまらず、どのような解を導き出したいかを考え、最適なデータ取得方法や分析アプローチを探求します。チームメンバーとの密接なコミュニケーションを通じて、生物学と情報科学の融合領域における課題解決に挑戦します。
