AIプロジェクトマネージャー/プロデューサー

楽天のAIサービス部門において、Eコマースおよびレジャー・コンテンツ事業向けにデータドリブンなソリューションを提供します。主な業務は、マーケティング最適化のための機械学習モデルの開発、PoC（概念実証）の実施、データ分析ダッシュボードの作成、業務KPIの改善提案などです。内部および外部のステークホルダーと協働し、データサイエンスを活用したビジネス成長戦略を立案します。具体的には、ユーザー属性、購買行動、オンライン・オフライン上の行動分析を行い、生成AIを活用した業務自動化ツールの提案・開発・実装を行います。プロジェクト管理スキルを駆使し、複数部門と連携しながら、データと人工知能を活用した革新的なソリューションを創出する役割を担います。

・Problem-solving skills for complex business issues (logical and systematic thinking, analytical skills, hypothesis formulation and execution) ・Experience in data-oriented project(s) which applies data science to business. (+1y) ・Project management skill to handle mid-large size project organized by multiple departments. (+3y) ・Project management skill involving development (+3y) ・Fundamental knowledge of data analysis and data science (understanding of databases, understanding of major machine learning algorithms and it's mechanisms) ・Basic Data analysis skill (Excel, VBA) ・Business level communication both English and Japanese. (TOEIC 800+)

・Experience in a company or department which is specialized in data science or data analytics ・Technical skill to create a data model by programming language (python, SQL, etc.) and extract/calculate huge dataset to get outputs ・Work experience in a consulting firm ・Work experience in the digital marketing industry, e-commerce industry, and IT industry ・Experience to conduct presentation(s) CxO class executives ・Capability to discuss implementation approach with Dev team to define a solution's specification
