    FinTech AIグループでは、データ分析、アルゴリズム設計、実装の専門家を募集しています。顧客属性、行動データ、延滞データを分析し、新しい信用モデルの開発や既存モデルの改善を行います。ビジネス要件の収集、KPIの定義、アルゴリズムの設計と評価、プロトタイプの本番環境への適用を担当します。

    Duties

    楽天研究所（RIT）のFintech AI部門において、クレジットスコアリング、リスク評価、顧客信用評価に関する高度な機械学習アルゴリズムの研究開発を行います。具体的には、顧客属性、行動データ、延滞データなどの多様なデータを分析し、新しい信用モデルの開発と既存モデルの改善に取り組みます。深層学習によるエンベディング構築、マルチタスク学習、転移学習、因果推論などの先進的な機械学習技術を適用し、ビジネス課題に対するデータ駆動型のソリューションを提供します。また、オフライン評価と実験的な検証を通じて、モデルの性能と実用性を継続的に向上させる役割を担います。
