データサイエンティスト

楽天研究所（RIT）のFintech AI部門において、クレジットスコアリング、リスク評価、顧客信用評価に関する高度な機械学習アルゴリズムの研究開発を行います。具体的には、顧客属性、行動データ、延滞データなどの多様なデータを分析し、新しい信用モデルの開発と既存モデルの改善に取り組みます。深層学習によるエンベディング構築、マルチタスク学習、転移学習、因果推論などの先進的な機械学習技術を適用し、ビジネス課題に対するデータ駆動型のソリューションを提供します。また、オフライン評価と実験的な検証を通じて、モデルの性能と実用性を継続的に向上させる役割を担います。

・Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience ・Ability to effectively communicate with research scientists, engineers, and business personnel in English ・Ability to work independently and drive projects forward ・Proficiency to analyze data and build ML/AI model using Python ・Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning and deep learning with some practical experience ・Development experience in a Unix/Linux environment ・Proficient in code management (e.g., Git) ・Interest and curiosity about user behavior and credit scoring

・Strong international publication records ・Demonstrated project achievements, such as GitHub repositories ・Experience leading research members for more than two years ・Ability to effectively communicate with business personnel in Japanese ・Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: ・Building embeddings using Deep Learning ・Multi-task Learning/Transfer Learning ・Causal Inference
