データサイエンティスト

楽天カードのデータ活用戦略において、データパイプラインとデータウェアハウスの構築を担当し、ビジネスチームと協働しながらデータ収集要件を定義し、新たな収益を生み出すサービスを創出します。機械学習フレームワーク（TensorFlow、scikit-learn、PyTorch等）を活用し、大規模データを分析・活用するための統合分析環境の提供を行います。クラウドやKubernetesを用いたAIインフラの設計・開発、Sparkなどのビッグデータ管理ツールを使用したデータ処理、SQL及びリレーショナルデータベースを活用したデータ分析を実施します。さらに、自然言語処理や回帰分析、決定木、クラスタリングなどの高度なデータサイエンス手法を駆使し、楽天カードのサービス全体におけるデータ利活用を推進します。

・Business-level communication skills in Japanese or English ・Knowledge of computer science or related fields ・Basic understanding of statistics ・Ability to work independently and collaborate with international colleagues ・Software development experience, particularly in Python and Java ・Experience implementing machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or Keras ・Basic knowledge and operational skills in Linux ・Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

・Knowledge of data science methods such as regression, decision trees, and clustering ・Experience in natural language processing using neural networks ・Experience managing and operating big data using tools like Spark, Parquet, Hive, Impala, or Kafka ・Experience designing, developing, and operating AI infrastructure using cloud or Kubernetes ・Experience analyzing data using data warehouses or BI systems ・Practical experience in developing and operating business systems involving large-scale data and transactions
