研究サイエンティスト（生成AI）

大規模言語モデル（LLM）研究チームにおいて、生成AIの最先端技術開発に従事します。主な業務は、最新の深層学習技術の研究開発、多言語モデリング、コード生成、マルチモーダル技術の探求です。研究プロジェクトの実験設計、コード開発、評価、結果分析を行い、独自の研究アジェンダを追求します。グローバルに分散した研究チーム内で協働し、研究成果の公開、オープンソースプロジェクトへの貢献、知識共有に注力します。長期的な研究目標の設定、中間マイルストーンの策定、生成AIの能力拡張に取り組みます。また、倫理的な観点を考慮した責任あるAI開発を意識し、若手研究者へのメンタリングも行います。

・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience ・Ph.D. in AI, computer science, or a related discipline ・Proven experience in a research-focused role within industry, academia, or government institutions

・Extensive experience in generative AI and LLM research, with a focus on creating high-performance implementations of deep learning algorithms ・2+ years of work experience in a research position at a university, industry, or government lab ・First author publications in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, ACL) ・Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, with skills in developing, debugging, and optimizing research code ・Strong interest in the ethical implications of AI technology and a thoughtful approach to responsible AI development ・Strong track record in deep learning research, with accomplishments such as first-author publications in peer-reviewed AI conferences or journals
