IT Senior Manager/Director

宇宙システム企業における戦略的IT管理責任者として、企業のIT戦略の立案および実行を主導します。具体的には、ITインフラの管理、データセキュリティの確保、コンプライアンス遵守、テクノロジーソリューションの開発を担当します。クロスファンクショナルチームと協働し、組織の効率性向上とデータ整合性の確保に取り組みます。また、最新のテクノロジートレンドを常に把握し、イノベーティブな技術アイデアを組織に導入します。ITポートフォリオ管理においては、プロジェクトの優先順位付け、リスク管理、予算管理を行い、経営幹部に対して戦略的な洞察を提供します。さらに、IT部門のスタッフを指導・育成し、accountability、イノベーション、成果重視の企業文化を醸成します。

・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred ・15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology ・5+ years of leadership experience ・Proven track record of developing IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success ・Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, data security, and compliance standards ・Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing teams ・Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams ・Experience with budgeting and financial management in an IT context, including vendor negotiations ・Current security clearance or willingness and ability to acquire one

・Experience in the aerospace or satellite industry is a strong plus ・Familiarity with advanced technologies such as cloud computing
