プロジェクトマネージャー

宇宙探査技術企業において、複数の技術開発プロジェクトおよび月面ミッションのプロジェクト管理を担当します。主な業務には、作業分解構造（WBS）の作成、スケジュール管理、予算管理、リスク管理が含まれます。エンジニアリングチームと密接に連携し、技術的な進捗を追跡し、ベンダーや製造業者、下請け業者との契約管理を行います。プロジェクトの重要な設計レビュー文書の作成、研究提案や販売提案への貢献、製品開発サイクルの実装、経営幹部への定期的な進捗報告も求められます。また、技術チームをリードし、新しい技術製品およびサービスの開発を支援し、ビジネス開発の取り組みにも貢献します。

・B.S. in Engineering or related technical field plus 5+ years in a project management role leading technical projects in a fast-paced environment ・Demonstrated experience developing project budgets, schedules, and risks with multiple scheduling tools ・Demonstrated experience balancing resources across multiple projects, as well as tracking scope, schedule, and budget ・Demonstrated experience developing presentations and project reports for stakeholder review ・Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams and ability to quickly establish close working relationships across teams ・Comfort with ambiguity and motivated to help solve complex problems ・Ability to work without supervision to lead the development of project plans and schedules for multiple projects concurrently ・Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills ・Ability to motivate and influence others, build effective interpersonal relationships, and be able to foster and contribute to a positive and productive team environment

・Demonstrated experience leading technical development of first-of-a-kind products or services ・Project management experience in support of government customers ・Demonstrated direct, hands-on experience with space system integration and testing ・Working within an agile development framework ・Experience using team collaboration tools
