Duties
DMM GAMESのプラットフォーム向けにゲームの企画、開発、運用を行います。具体的には、Unityで作られたゲームクライアントに対するサーバーサイド開発と運用を担当します。ゲームアップデートの効果検証と改善、障害対応（検知から復旧、原因分析、再発防止策の実施）を行います。また、プロジェクト共通の基盤システム開発と運用、ワークフローの整備も重要な業務です。サーバーのパフォーマンス最適化、セキュリティ向上、ユーザー体験の向上を目指し、クリエイティブな技術的課題解決に取り組みます。
