    プロダクト開発責任者として、プロダクト戦略の立案と実行をリードします。経営陣と連携し、プロダクトビジョンの策定、UI/UX構築、市場適応の加速、PM組織のマネジメントなどを担当します。新規事業の統括と推進も期待されています。

    Duties

    CPOとして、プロダクト戦略の立案と実行を中心的に担います。主な業務は、会社のビジョンとミッションに基づいたプロダクトビジョンの策定、UI/UXの全体設計、中長期戦略の構築です。経営陣と密接に連携し、経営戦略とプロダクト戦略の統合を図ります。また、営業・マーケティング・カスタマーサクセス部門と協力し、市場適応を加速させ、プロダクトマネジメント組織のスケールアップを推進します。新規事業の統括と推進も重要な役割として、市場を開拓し、会社の成長に貢献する戦略的な意思決定を行います。変化の激しい市場環境において、革新的なアプローチでプロダクトの価値を最大化することが求められます。
