    Duties

    CDPデータプラットフォームを牽引するリードエンジニアとして、顧客データの価値を最大化するための重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、プロダクト戦略の策定から実行まで幅広く、課題解決のエキスパートとして本質的な問題を見抜き、最適なソリューションを提案・実現します。アーキテクチャ設計では、品質・コスト・納期を最適化する堅牢なシステム設計を行い、メンバー育成としてコーディングやコードレビューを通じてチーム全体の技術力向上に貢献します。また、データ連携・加工処理の自動化ワークフロー開発によるデータ活用の加速や、AIと連携した革新的な機能開発も重要な業務となります。
