    社内SE（情報システム）マネージャー候補として、M&A後のPMI対応、社内DXプロジェクト推進、SE業務、ピープルマネジメントを担当します。具体的には、ツール統合、生産性向上プロジェクト、アカウント管理、ヘルプデスク対応、予算管理、PCキッティングなど、企業のIT基盤整備と改善に取り組みます。

    Duties

    ジーニー社において、M&A後のPMI（統合プロセス）対応と社内DX推進を中心とした業務を担当します。具体的には、Slack、Google Workspace、Microsoft 365などのツール統合プロジェクト管理、新規子会社のシステム連携、社内の生産性向上プロジェクトを推進します。また、アカウント管理、入退社管理、情報機器管理、ヘルプデスク対応、予算管理、PCキッティングなどの幅広いIT管理業務を遂行します。4名のチームメンバーのマネジメントも重要な役割として、オフィスネットワークおよびセキュリティの改善、効率的なセキュリティシステムの導入と管理体制の構築を行います。
