GENIEE SFA/CRMプロダクトのプロダクトマネジメント業務を担当し、主に新機能開発に向けた企画立案と戦略的アプローチを行います。具体的には、競合調査に基づく開発機能のロードマップ策定、ユーザーシナリオの企画検討、要件定義書の作成を行います。事業開発チームとの連携を通じて販売戦略を策定し、クライアントとの折衝対応や各種開発ディレクションのマネジメントを実施します。プロダクトの課題解決に向けて、ユーザーニーズを的確に把握し、SaaSプロダクトの継続的な改善と事業拡大に貢献する役割を担います。
