博報堂DYグループの統合マーケティングプラットフォーム「CREATIVITY ENGINE BLOOM」の開発プロジェクトを技術的に牽引します。主な業務は、利用部門や企画部門と協働してプロジェクトの課題・目標設定、KPI設計を行い、データサイエンティストやデータエンジニアと連携してAIパイプラインを実現します。システム化の範囲検討、アーキテクチャ設計、開発体制の構築、プロダクトの設計・実装のリード、全体的な開発マネジメントを担当します。また、市場や顧客の課題解決に向けて、システムやソリューションの企画・構想から技術検証、研究開発、PoC、実装までをプロジェクト全体で主体的に推進します。
