Duties

広告プラットフォーム事業における事業開発マネージャーとして、市場調査および競合分析を行い、新規事業の企画と推進を担当します。既存事業の課題発見と解決、アライアンスパートナーシップの構築、担当プロジェクトの戦略立案と実行を行います。組織基盤の強化にも注力し、1on1を通じたチームメンバーのコンディションケアとキャリア支援、中期計画や損益計画の策定を行います。具体的には、SSP/ヘッダービディング事業の拡大、CTV/OTT、DOOH、リテールメディアなどの新領域における事業戦略の立案と推進、経営陣への定期的な事業進捗報告とアクションプランの策定が主な業務となります。
