    Duties

    AI技術を活用したSaaSプロダクト開発において、ユーザー中心のデザインアプローチを実践します。具体的には、ユーザーリサーチを通じてニーズやペインポイントを特定し、UI/UXデザインの戦略を立案します。Figmaなどのデザインツールを用いて、プロダクトのプロトタイプを作成し、開発チームやプロダクトマネージャーと密に連携しながら、継続的な改善を行います。カスタマージャーニーマップの作成を通じて、ユーザーの利用シナリオを可視化し、最適な体験を設計します。さらに、デザインリードとしてチームメンバーを指導し、デザインプロセス全体をリードすることで、プロダクトの成功に直接貢献します。
