    インフラエンジニアリーダとして、Webサービスの安定運用とインフラ基盤の最適化を担います。AWSやGCPなどのクラウド環境でのインフラ設計、IaC（Infrastructure as Code）の推進、システム全体の改善提案を行い、サービスの品質向上とスケーラビリティ強化に貢献します。チームマネジメントも重要な役割として期待されています。

    Duties

    WebサービスGENIEE SEARCHのインフラ領域において、システム全体の設計、構築、運用を担当します。具体的には、AWS、GCP、さくらなどのパブリッククラウドやオンプレミス環境でのインフラ最適化を推進し、Terraform、Ansibleなどのツールを活用したIaC（Infrastructure as Code）を実践します。インフラの可視化、パフォーマンス改善、セキュリティ対策、運用自動化を通じて、サービスの安定稼働と拡張性の向上に取り組みます。また、インフラチームのマネジメントを行い、技術的課題に対する解決策の立案、チーム内外との協働、新技術の導入検討も重要な役割として期待されています。
