博報堂テクノロジーズでは、社会課題解決に向けたSaaSプラットフォーム「XT.H®」の開発において、UI/UXデザイナーとして重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、Webアプリケーション、スマホアプリ、LINEbotなどのUI/UX設計・デザインを行い、ユーザー体験価値の向上を目指します。サービス企画段階から関わり、課題発見と改善提案を行い、機能拡充や効率化に取り組みます。また、自社及びクライアント企業のビジネス領域まで踏み込んだサービス設計に携わり、開発チームと協業しながら、サービスの継続的な改善と新規機能の開発を推進します。PdM、PM、PMOとしての業務にも挑戦可能で、プロダクト開発のオーナーシップを持ちながら、プロジェクト管理や推進支援も行います。
