    estieでは、データを活用して都市の価値を可視化するプロダクト開発において、QAエンジニアとして重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、ユーザーや事業の視点から品質レベルを定義し、実行計画を策定することです。プロダクトの特性を踏まえた品質担保のためのプロセス改善や運用、複数チームを横断する品質向上活動を行います。また、QA組織の在り方を考え、その組成をリードします。必要に応じて、自らテスト設計・実施・自動化に取り組み、都市データの複雑な要素がシステムで適切に扱われることを保証します。高度な技術と柔軟な思考で、都市の未来を予測するプロダクト開発に貢献し、組織全体の品質文化を醸成する重要な役割を果たします。
