    Duties

    エンジニアリングマネージャーとして、People / Process / Project Managementを通じて、複数のエンジニアリングチームの事業価値を最大化する役割を担います。具体的には、メンバーの目標設定と評価、メンタリングとコーチングによる成長支援、エンジニア組織全体の運営と改善提案を行います。チームの状況やメンバーの特性に応じて、マネジメントや技術的な実装も柔軟に対応し、中長期的な組織計画を遂行します。また、事業部や全社レベルでの技術戦略立案、組織横断的な課題解決、新しい開発プロセスの導入など、より広い視野で組織の価値向上に貢献することが求められます。
