    テクニカルアーティストとして、3Dゲーム制作における技術的な課題解決と生産性向上に取り組みます。具体的には、3Dクオリティ向上のためのツール作成、アセット仕様の策定、各職種間の橋渡し、制作フローの継続的な改善などを担当します。複数のゲームタイトルに関わり、多様な技術的挑戦に挑む役割があります。

    Duties

    スマートフォンゲーム開発における3Dグラフィックスのワークフロー最適化を主な業務とします。具体的には、Mayaを使用したツール開発、3Dアセットの制作プロセス改善、UnityやMayaを活用したパイプライン構築を行います。ゲーム開発における各職種間の技術的な調整役として、3Dモデラーやアニメーターと協働し、制作効率の向上とクオリティ管理に取り組みます。また、MELやPythonスクリプトを用いた自動化ツールの開発、CI環境の運用、プロシージャルワークフローの導入など、テクニカルな側面から開発プロセス全体の最適化を推進します。
